KORUS EU a.s. implemented all the principles arising from the GDPR and always complies with all the regulations in force pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
In KORUS EU a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR. Any processing of personal data is carried out only for a predetermined purpose and on the basis of the relevant legal basis. In doing so, the Company shall ensure compliance with the basic principles, such as legality, fairness, transparency, purposeful limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, limited storage, integrity and confidentiality, and responsibility of the Controller. The rules for the processing of personal data are defined in the internal guidelines of the company.
