Check the goods upon acceptance if you find any mechanical damage to the packaging of the product, write a damage record with the driver. 
All liability for damage to the goods during transport from the Seller to the Buyer shall be borne by the carrier and the transported goods shall be insured. Based on the written damage record, you will be granted a reasonable discount on the price of the goods or a new product will be delivered after the damage event with the carrier has been processed. 
By signing the transport document by the Buyer upon acceptance of the goods from the carrier, you agree to take it over and confirm that the goods have arrived without any damage caused during the transport. Subsequent claims due to transport cannot be taken into account and shall be rejected.

The B2B portal operator KORUS EU a.s. reserves the right to increase the price of transport in exceptional cases due to the nature of the goods (weight, dimensions).
However, this fact will be consulted with the customer in advance. This includes, in particular, oversized goods.
